You retain the ability to revoke our access at your convenience by disconnecting the Notion Integration within Lockboxy. It's important to note that we never retain the actual content of your form submissions; instead, we seamlessly transmit it directly to your Notion table. We solely store metadata such as table names and object/role permissions that are established within Lockboxy. With our platform, you have the flexibility to grant specific permissions to users, allowing them to interact with particular database views and forms. Additionally, you have the option to restrict users from resharing objects with others. You can even make forms public and employ APIs to send data to these forms, embedding them seamlessly into any website. Our system ensures that data transmission is always routed through our secure frontend to the backend, where we invoke Notion APIs to transmit data to your Notion database. It is imperative to emphasize that all these interactions are rigorously authenticated, and stringent access control mechanisms are in place, ensuring that users can securely interact with views and forms.
